Big Fish Small Fish - Punggol East Container Park

Big Fish Small Fish is a new container eatery place at Punggol Tebing Lane, that serves a variety of fish and chips. Running on a container dining concept, the indoor space can only fit less than twenty people. However, if you don't mind the heat, there's also a large outdoor space for you to dine at. 

Big Fish Small Fish runs on a self-service ordering system. To order, you'll first choose the type of fish, followed by your preferred sauce and you can add on some sides - coleslaw, potato salad, cheeze chips, XO shrimps and salted egg fried calamari with dried bonito flakes. 

Each set comes with free flow sliced fried potato chips and you can also choose to dip your fish and chips with their homemade sauce - cheese, XO, salted egg and tartar. 

For me, I ordered the Fried Dory Fish ($6.90). The thin and crispy batter combined with the fresh Dory Fish made this dish just so irresistible! The chips, on the other hand, was slightly disappointing as some of the chips were not crispy. 

Overall, I would say that the food is reasonably priced, ranging from just $6.90 (Dory Fish) to $15.90 (Fresh Red Snapper). Head down to Punggol East and try out some of those dishes!
