The ordering system at Shin Minori is pretty simple too, as diners can just order through the electronic menu on every table. Above is the assorted platter, and it offers 7 different type of sashimi, salmon, tuna, swordfish, yellowtail, octopus, salmon belly and squid. This is perfect if you are looking to try all 7 varieties of sashimi. If the assorted platter isn't for you, you can also order the sashimi individually. The thick cut sashimi is extremely fresh and juicy here.

You will be spoilt for choices at Shin Minori on which Maki to order. We order the Dragonfly Maki Roll (Soft shell crab topped with eel and avocado) and Harvest Maki Roll (Shrimp tempura/avocado wrapped with boiled shrimp topped with homemade almond and coconut flakes, mango and eel sauce). Gosh! I personally love the Dragonfly Maki, the combination of the soft shell crab, eel and avocado are just amazing!
