Yonpachi Gyojo - Affordable Izakaya @UESquare
Yonpachi Gyojo owned by AP Company, located at UE Square uses high quality and fresh seafood that are sourced from 48 ports all across Japan. The seafood at Yonpachi are all taken directly from the source, as they work directly with the fishery association in the Miyazaki Prefecture. Yonpachi Gyojo believes in sourcing sustainable seafood and does not compromise on quality.
Yonpachi Mori ($48), an assortment of 8 different kinds of freshly caught seafood, for 2-3 person. But I think I can finish all of it myself! Yonpachi believes in sourcing sustainable seafood, and they don't compromise on the quality. All the seafood served here are definitely fresh, as they're imported from Japan three times a week. We love the Kanpachi, together with the fermented bean paste the marriage is just perfect.
Golden eye Snapperboiled in sweeten soy sauce ($24.80). The Golden eye Snapper with plenty of umami flavours is foiled ith Yonpachi's special dashi soup stock. The Snapper meat was so fresh and juicy, however, I found the soup stock to be slightly salty.
Kaisen Bijin Nabe ($68) is a combination of fresh seafood and vegetables, with pure chicken collagen soup. This is the key to your beautiful skin and health. The collagen soup is simmered as long as eight hours until the chicken bone melt, and it's then blended with Yonpachi special seafood soup to give you that thick and rich broth. One sad thing is that you won't be able to get free refills here, as each refill will cost an additional $5.
For authentic Japanese food, I will definitely recommend you this place, the service and food at Yonpachi Gyojo are generally good. Make your reservations via Chope to earn 100 Chope-Dollars today.
